Nope, our systems have the ability to be self-monitored. The system does however need to connect to your app somehow, and ethernet is not always reliable. Internet connections go down sometimes. Therefore, our systems require our cell radio service to communicate to your app 100% of the time.
Yes, we only require a 30 day written notice to cancel (such as an email to info@envoyalarm.com). All our monitoring packages are month to month commitments. You can pay annually but there are no refunds. Any service address can be moved though.
No, we only configure alarm systems that we sell with our monitoring. You can however use existing wired sensors in your building or home. This saves the time and money of buying new sensors.
Yes, you can purchase a system now and self-monitor it for the time being. If you decide to add monitoring later, we have everything already in your alarm panel, ready to activate service when needed.
